eSignature
Get an NDA or SAFE signed in-platform — ESIGN/UETA-aligned, with multi-party signing, email-OTP identity, and a certificate of completion.
Raiz’d includes native electronic signing so you can get an NDA or SAFE signed without leaving the platform. It captures a real evidence chain and produces a certificate of completion you can share.
How signing works
- 1Create a requestOn the Signatures page, create a signature request for a document and add one or more signers by email.
- 2Signer receives a linkEach signer is emailed a unique link to the sign page, where their identity is shown.
- 3Identity check (OTP)The signer verifies a one-time code emailed to them before they can sign.
- 4Intent + consentThe signer affirms a versioned consent disclosure (a checkbox), establishing intent to sign electronically.
- 5SignThey sign; the event is recorded with a timestamp and the consent they agreed to.
Multi-party & sequential signing
A request can have multiple signers who sign in order. Each signer’s turn is enforced — signer two can’t sign until signer one is done — and the certificate aggregates all signers.
The evidence chain
- Intent + consent — a versioned disclosure, affirmed and stored.
- Audit log — a step-level event log (viewed, consented, signed) with timestamps.
- Attribution — the signing link is delivered to the signer’s email and OTP-verified.
- Tamper evidence — a SHA-256 hash over the canonical record detects any later change.
Certificate of completion
Every completed request has a printable certificate that recomputes and verifies the tamper-evidence hash and shows each signer’s identity, consent, and event log. From the Signatures page, open the certificate for any completed request.
