Custom domains

Scale plan

Serve your deck links from your own domain — allowlisted per link. A Scale-plan feature.

On the Scale plan you can serve trackable links from a domain you own (for example deck.yourcompany.com) instead of the default Raiz’d URL. Investors see your brand, not ours.

Connect a domain

    Add the domain
    Go to Domains and enter the domain you want to use.

    Add the DNS record
    Create the CNAME record shown for your domain at your DNS provider.

    Re-check
    Click Re-check until the domain verifies. SSL is issued automatically.

    Allowlist your links
    Each link has an Add to domain toggle (visible once you have a verified domain). Only allowlisted links are served on your domain.
Opt-in by design
Links are not served on your domain until you toggle them on. This prevents an old link from unexpectedly appearing under your new brand.

Security

A custom domain only ever serves links owned by the verified domain’s owner — it can never be pointed at another tenant’s deck. Domain resolution is scoped per owner and per allowlisted link.
